Friggin' Weapons, Armor & Equipment

So, a few updates for all 3 of you who actually read this.

About 2 weeks ago, I began Chapter 7 of the Core Handbook Manual Guide Thing or Core Handbook Guide Manual Thing, I can't remember right this second and I don't feel like looking. 

Chapter 7 is Weapons, Armor and Equipment, and good lord is it involved, as I knew it would be but I underestimated how involved. 
First off, in my head I constantly hear potential players saying "They don't even have bolas? What kind of horse shit game doesn't have bolas?" and "The morons who wrote this expect players to pay X amount of Coins for a healing pizza?" Where X = any-amount-is-going-to-make-someone-unhappy-no-matter-what.
For the most part, I can ignore these made up voices and move on. 
Secondly, there are so many mechanics involved with weapons and equipment! Again, I knew this and just underestimated it. And yes, I see the pattern here. 
Between Quality Levels, Durability, Toughness, and some semblance of a working/balanced/fun Crafting system, Chapter 7 is taking me longer than I initially expected.

On a brighter note, I found a few artists on Reddit to begin working on the artwork needed for the Kickstarter and the main Core Handbook Manual Guide Thing that I'm pretty stoked about, so I'll be sure to give a preview of their stuff as I get it.

All this is to say that yeah, 44 days ago I was bragging about an SRD "coming soon," and 44 days isn't "soon" to me, unless we're talking about an impending apocalypse of course. 
To make up for this delay, I will be adding a Devlog which will preview one of the classes that will be featured in the game at launch, the Dyslexic Ninja! So keep an eye out for that.

And for real, if you read this even a little bit, I appreciate your time. I have a lot of faith in this game and I'm putting a lot of effort, time and relationship stress into it and I'm excited to put it out there into the world for people to enjoy/get into fights over!
